Stay In Shape Between Races With A Gym Membership
Aside from the non-competitive 5K I participated in last weekend, I have been taking a break from running. I injured my hip/groin roughly two months ago during a half marathon and have been extra cautious ever since.
However, I still wanted to find a way to stay active and keep up with my fitness goals during the “off-season.” I decided to forge forward and get the gym membership I’d been contemplating for months.
And, I’m so glad I did!
