Weight Watchers: Trudging Through Opening Week

Guys, this week was sort of crazy.  With it being MLB Opening Week, I went to 3 Rangers games (if you didn’t know, I cover the Rangers for Aerys Sports), which usually includes a beer and hot dog and limits my ability to work out, I just decided that I wouldn’t fret too much about it and just enjoy myself.

Thankfully, the scale and my body were kind when I checked in yesterday morning.  I also have a few big work things going on, so even finding time to work out on non-gamedays proved challenging (a girl has to sleep, right?).  Anyways, I plan to resume my usual 2012 behavior on Saturday after my life gets back to normal.

I know I promised a post about WW-friendly ballpark food, but I was too busy taking pictures and enjoying the game to roam around the ballpark and check out the vendors.  (For the record, a light beer and a hot dog is roughly 13 PointsPlus and sooo worth it.)
