Who Is Going To Win The Seria A This Season?
Last season, the parade for Juventus winning their 10th title in a row as the party was spoiled by Inter Milan who won their first Seria A since 2011 with ease in the end as they were 12 points ahead of their closest competitor. However, this season is a totally new season, and there has been a lot of changes around the entire league this year so who are the favourites to go onto win the Seria A come the end of the season.
The favourites for the Seria A this year have returned to Turin and Juventus as they find themselves priced at 13/8 to reclaim back the title this season. Juventus will have to try and claim the Seria A again though without last season’s top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo as he has returned to Old Trafford and Manchester United for one more stint in his career. Although, a lot of the senior management at Juventus thought that Ronaldo was part of the issue last season so will be interesting to see how they get on this.
Inter Milan will be looking to see if they can attempt to reclaim the Scudetto trophy this season, with many footballing pundits always explaining it is harder to defend a title than it is to win one in the first place. Again, they will have to do it without talisman Romelu Lukaku who has also returned to the Premier League after three years away. Manager Antonio Conte is a serial winner and will be looking to spoil the party once again this year and prove that last season wasn’t a fluke.
Another sleeping giants that came back to life last season was the red side of Milan, AC Milan who were the closest competition last year and they will be seeing if they can go one better this season. AC Milan have built on their squad this year, adding a lot of quality throughout the field, and if they can stay injury free, which they struggled with at the end of the season, then they might be in with a shout priced at 8/1.
