Pitching Matchup
Philadelphia: Â RHP Roy Halladay (2-0) ERA 1.23
Milwaukee: Â LHP Randy Wolf (1-2) ERA 4.32
Roy Halladay goes up against former Philly pitcher Randy Wolf, who had quite the following in his time in Philadelphia. Â He even had a fan club called the Wolf Pack, who donned wolf masks and sat up in the nosebleed seats at Veterans Stadium. Wonder if they will make an appearance tonight, whether they actually still root for him or not.
Halladay continues to prove why he was last year’s NL Cy Young winner. He’s coming off a complete game at Washington in which he struck out nine and allowed two ninth inning runs in a 3-2 win.  Last Thursday against the Pirates, Wolf  pitched his 14th double-digit strikeout game of his career.
Reliever JC Romero has been placed on the 15 day disabled list due to a right calf strain he suffered in last night’s game.  The Phils have recalled Mike Zagurski from the Triple-A Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs.
