Thursday Morning Blitz: British Logos,CB Drama and Tebow

Welcome to the first Thursday edition of the Morning Blitz! Here on the Morning Blitz we aim to provide you with links, videos, photos and interesting tidbits from various sources around the country to bring you your daily dose of shenanigans football fix.

British NFL Logos

Your 2012 NFL Champions: Beaky Bastards!

The NFL is trying to make a market in London with playing games over there. But have you ever wonder what if the NFL was founded there? Imagine what the names and logos would be.  But good news, no longer need to wonder. We now know what they make look like thanks to Dave’s Art Locker.

Cornerback drama — what is this high school?

It is the offseason, so of course it wasn’t on field drama, but Darrelle Revis and Richard Sherman got into it on twitter.

Revis wasn’t amused with Sherman “running his mouth” and he made it known.

Revis took to Twitter on Wednesday and took a couple of shots at Sherman, saying, “I never seen a man before run his mouth so much like a girl,” that Sherman is “putting my name in his mouth to get notoriety” and telling Sherman, “Sit down, young pup, and wait your turn.”

BREAKING NEWS: Jets will try to shop Tim Tebow

The biggest shocker comes from the Jets.  It’s rumored they will try to shop Tim Tebow at this week’s NFL Combine. I don’t know why they would do such a thing, but ya know, maybe the new GM isn’t fond of the circus-like atmosphere. Check out the story.

And now for a little fun!

Have a good Thursday! Be sure to comment or tweet use suggestions for Friday’s Morning Blitz!
