Monday Morning Motivation: NBA Finals Preview

On Tuesday evening, the 2012 NBA Finals will begin with the Western Conference Champions, Oklahoma City Thunder hosting the Eastern Conference Champions, Miami Heat.  Below are pictures and information to prepare you for what could become one of the best finals in recent memory, thanks to the plenty of stars that will take the court.

The 2012 Finals will provide an epic battle between the NBA’s MVP Lebron James and MVP runner-up Kevin Durant.

Kevin Durant won the NBA’s scoring title while averaging 28.0 points per game, which was  .9 points higher than James.

Friday FAIL: Ticket Please

I bet you could buy so many tickets with that cash!

Things that are funny: Celebrities who think they are entitled to whatever they want, but are told “no, you are just like everyone else”.  It’s even better when the celebrity is sort of a dbag.

Enter Lil Wayne.

Excuse me while I laugh for a few minutes…

Now that I got that out of the way…  ”Denied by the team to be in their arena.”   Dude…BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T HAVE A TICKET!  Evidently, Lil Wayne thinks he can just stroll in anywhere and just be granted front row seats.  Wrong.  You know, because other people WHO HAD TICKETS were already sitting there.  Imagine that.  A playoff game being sold out.  Shocking.

According to the AP, the Thunder responded:

”We’d love to have him at a game, but like anyone else, he needs a ticket.”

BECAUSE YOU ARE JUST LIKE THE REST OF US.

Twitter Thursday: Kevin Durant

In an attempt at sports parity, Twitter Thursday takes a look at one of the NBA’s rising stars, Kevin Durant, more commonly referred to on Twitter as @KDTrey35.  In all actuality, I was pretty curious to see what KD has been up to during the lockout. Let’s see, shall we?

Profile picture: If you read my post from last week, you know my views on athletes posting pictures of themselves without their shirts on. Unlike Ochocinco, not too much to see here except that I am curious about the tattoo. How long do we think that took to get? Lots ‘o ink there, bud.
