Rob Gronkowski Gets His Dunk’ On

Rob Gronkowski, man of many dance moves, has tackled the next item on the ”moderately attractive, talented, semi-household name athlete” to-do list: signing on as a celebrity spokesmen with Dunkin Donuts, a chain practically synonomous with Massachusetts.

The two-year agreement will feature Gronkowski in TV spots, radio commercials, and various social media outlets (presumably with hit shirt on). Gronk is the latest Patriot to sign on with Dunkin Donuts: alumni of the Patriot-Dunkin alliance include Tom Brady, Tedy Bruschi, and Wes Welker.

As you can see, he’s already getting in on the action, helping out at the drive-thru window at one of the chain’s locations in Foxboro.

You know what would be great? If Dunkin Donuts iced coffee became the new Gatorade. Maybe it’s not great for vitamins and replenishing nutrients, but you can’t deny it’s refreshing. Wouldn’t it be great to see Belichick getting an iced coffee bath the next time they won a big game?
