Around the Web Wednesday- Trademarked Unibrow and Title IX

Anthony Davis Trademarks His Unibrow

CNBC reported that Anthony Davis, projected number one, first round NBA draft pick, has trademarked the phrases “Fear The Brow” and “Raise The Brow” because he is known for his unibrow.

Davis on his decision to trademark: “I don’t want anyone to try to grow a unibrow because of me and then try to make money off of it. Me and my family decided to trademark it because it’s very unique.”

This is one of the craziest things I’ve heard an athlete trademark.

He thinks people will try to grow a unibrow and then try to make money off of it? Because of him? Huh.

Yes, that’s what he thinks. People were making money off his unibrow at Kentucky selling merchandise. It’s ridiculous.
