Buckeyes Begin Fall Camp

It’s that glorious time of year, Buckeye fans! It’s time for fall camp to begin and for the clock on the dreaded wait before football season to finally begin to wind down.

This year, there will obviously be a bit more excitement than there has been in a couple of years. For one, there is a new sheriff in town by the name of Urban Meyer. Another thing to watch will be how the team performs in this camp knowing next season will not include a bowl. Many players have stated they had their best spring ever and they will need to keep that going into the season.

Ohio State has an amazing chance to play spoiler this year. How awesome would wins over Wisconsin and Michigan be if it means ruining an otherwise stellar season for each school? It’s ok to admit that you would smile widely should that scenario play out as I fully admit that I would take pride in the Buckeyes playing the role of life-ruiner this year. It doesn’t happen that often, after all, and we should revel in it.

Also, a year to get a new system in is kind of nice.

Fall is looming…and it is amazing.
