I thought that before the season gets in full swing, it would be fun to take a new twist on the player profiles. While I have been featuring a few different players from the team, I knew there would not be enough time to cover them all before the season picks up, so I thought yall could do a little searching of your own.

Last week Packers QB Aaron Rodgers went on a Twitter rant about how horrible the bands Nickelback, Creed, and Alter Bridge are.

He started out tweeting teammate Tom Crabtree, discussing their different taste in music, but then Rodgers continued to go on and on about the bands….and how terrible their music is.

Clearly, according to Rodgers’ timeline, he likes a much different style of music rather than that of  these so-called rock bands.

After these tweets were sent out Chad Kroeger, lead singer of Nickelback, was doing an on-air radio interview, and was asked about his thoughts on the tweets. His response…”Who’s Aaron Rodgers?”

Oh my Mr. Kroeger, you obviously need to brush up on your football knowledge. If you don’t know who Aaron Rodgers is…well…..you must not get out much. Just sayin’.

 Okay everyone, the time has finally come. BRETT FAVRE IS NOW ON TWITTER!

Yes, the man who led the Pack for 16 seasons (1992-2007), is now a part of the Twitter world. Best news ever.

Although he has only sent out one tweet so far, I think we can all agree that it will be very interesting to see what types of things he will be posting as he engages in this social media site.

His first and only tweet of the day may not be the most interesting thing to read, but definitely no complaints. The fact that he’s finally on the site is enough. Here reads the tweet.

Hello friends, family, and fans. This is my official account I finally found the time to join twitter.

And we are oh so glad you did. So happy he decided to make time for us in his retirement.

For those of you wondering, it has been confirmed that this is indeed his own, official account. His page has already been verified and has that blue check next to it for proof!

As of right now, Favre only follows 4 people (Donald Driver being the only Packer), but already has a huge following of over 27, 000. His Twitter Bio reads, “Father, Husband, NFL Quarterback” and links to his official website.

Today the news was released that Green Bay Wide Reciever Donald Driver will be on “Dancing With The Stars” this upcoming season. His dance partner for the show will be Peta Murgatroyd.

In addition to being on the show, Driver joined the Twitter world today. Many of his fellow teammates were showing him lots of love on their own personal Twitter accounts.

He tweeted earlier today that he had a great time meeting Peta and the other cast members, and also posted a couple of pictures.
