This is the first “real” offseason since the new CBA was signed last summer, and as you may recall, the new agreement has eliminated two-a-days from the training camp schedule. Other changes include:
- 4 1/2 hour time limit on practices .(That is why you see more condensed schedule than you may be accustomed to).
- One padded practice limited to three hours with a second practice limited to non-helmet walk through.
- Unannounced inspections by NFLPA Staff to ensure compliance with the new work rules. (Blah blah blah).
Before you yell at Rodger Goodell and the NFL Owners, please consider that the players voted on and ultimately green lighted these rules changes. Just sayin’…

**The team released UDFA TE Brian Linthicum today. The tight end missed practice time earlier in the spring due to a hamstring injury.
The roster is now at 87. Seems pretty likely they will add another TE at some point. Stay tuned…
