Twitter friend and fellow Jets fan Erik Manassy (@e_man, @Jetstwit) found this music video, titled “Do the Mark Sanchez” while browsing Twitter:

The good news is that we have an “Official New York Jets Anthem” now, something we did not have before. Bad news is, I don’t think this guy will be asking me to appear in any of his up-coming videos, as I don’t generally wear cropped Jets jerseys around town.

If this is what it means to "Do the Mark Sanchez," then I am totally cool with it.

You guys know I love Mark, so I was pretty excited to hear the words Mark Sanchez and music video in the same sentence. But I’m still not sure that even Mark knows that it means to “Do the Mark Sanchez.”

Just to make sure I am not missing something, I went ahead and googled “Do the Mark Sanchez,” and I did not come up with anything, except for a bunch of photos of him without a shirt. Which, believe me, I am NOT complaining about. So carry on, fellas.

Anyway, it’s a pretty cool video and I give this guy credit for the production quality.

I will also be blaming him when I find myself singing, “Heart of the Champion” for the rest of the day.

Btw, looks like the video was created by aspiring hiphop/rap artist @AdamAz1 who lives in Tampa, FL. Jets Nation better give him a follow.
