Mathieu Garon likes playing in Carolina, eh?.  He also backstopped the team to an early season victory in Raleigh.

- Congrats to Richard Panik for scoring his first career goal! It was an incredible sequence that will surely be featured on this blog when the video is available.

- Alex Killorn continues to grow in front of our eyes as well – his deft pass to Tom Pyatt broke the game open in the 3rd

- Cory Conacher assisted on Steven Stamkos’ powerplay goal to extend his point streak to four games

- The team as a whole looks to be gelling…and now that this win puts them on top of the Southeast, it’s time to go on a roll
