The Walleye played only two games last week, riding high on a five-game winning streak. I approve of this because I am under the weather and don’t feel like writing much.

The Walleye had a busy week, what with four games on the schedule, three of them at home. But really, what is most important are the glorious jerseys above that the team wore on Saturday night. Oh to have been there in person – one would have made a great counterpart to my Express beer jersey. Sigh.

The Express were riding high going into the week, enjoying a 5 game winning streak, and looking to continue to pile up points. Unfortunately, all three games last week were on the road versus South Division opponents. The Express have never beaten a team from the South. This did not bode well.
