IceHogs Tuesday: There Are No Words

The fall down the slippery slope continued for the IceHogs in week 17 as they took on some Texas teams. The Hogs set a new franchise record for consecutive losses with their tilts down South. Guess it only makes sense since everything’s bigger in Texas, right? That also makes a win just as big.

IceHogs Tuesday: Hogs Are Hot

The IceHogs came into week three’s games coming off of their first win of the 2012-13 season at home against the Charlotte Checkers. They had three more games on tap, two of which were against the San Antonio Rampage.

IceHogs Thursday: Fighting For Every Point

Week 26 was yet another gigantic one for the IceHogs. The three teams that they were up against–Peoria, San Antonio, and Milwaukee–are all teams that they are battling with to get into the playoffs.

IceHogs Thursday: Everything’s Bigger… Down The Stretch

The IceHogs finished their three game road trip with a couple of games in Texas and then headed home for their final tilt of the season against Hamilton. As the days go on in the stretch run, every game’s two points become more and more valuable for the Hogs as they continue to fight for their playoff lives.

IceHogs Thursday: Hogs Finish The Road Trip, Return Home

The IceHogs closed out their seven game road trip with a stop in Oklahoma City and another trip to the Lone Star State. They then headed back home to Rockford and a Texas team came to them, for a change, to start off week seventeen.

IceHogs Thursday: Split In Charlotte, Pirri Hat Trick Give Hogs Momentum

The end of week seven was going to be a challenge for the IceHogs as they traveled down to Charlotte for two games against the division leading Checkers. They needed to at least grab some points in the Tar Heel State before coming back to the BMO Harris Bank Center for week eight on Wednesday to start a season long five game homestand, which could be a turning point in their season.
