It’s that time of year again, school started on Monday, which means college sports are back in action. The Sooner football team kicks off next Saturday, but there are plenty of things going on in the Sooner Sports world to tide you over until then.

The women’s soccer team is hosting both Nicholls State and Vanderbilt this weekend in Norman. The Lady Sooners will face Nicholls State, Friday with a scheduled 7:00 PM kickoff. The game against Vandy is set for Sunday at 1:00 PM. The Sooners are 1-1 on the season so far.

The volleyball team is also taking the court this weekend in Norman. It is the Nike Invitational and the Sooners will be hosting: Missouri State (Friday @ 7:00) Western Michigan (Saturday @ Noon) and Tulsa (Saturday @ 7:00).
