The Eagles signed former Cincinatti Bengal linebacker Rashad Jeanty to a one-year contract on Sunday. Jeanty was with the Bengals from 2006 through 2009. He missed the 2010 season to rehab an injury to a fractured fibula.
The Eagles website notes that
“the 27-year-old’s best season came in 2008 when he started 15 games, recorded a career-high 97 tackles and earned the team’s Ed Block Courage Award. “
In 2009, the 6’2, 243 Jeanty led the Bengals with 14 tackles.
