FIU Baseball Music 2012: Part 1

If you know me, you will know I am a big music lover. I always like checking out what baseball players use as walk up songs.

So if you are wondering what song your favorite FIU baseball player is using this year, I am here to save your day.

Now, remember, kids, these songs may have something in the lyrics or the video that some may find offensive. You have been warned.

Nate Burns – “Down & Out” by Tantric

I, as well as some friends, have wondered what song this is. It’s a really cool song. I love the violins in the beginning and throughout the song.

Jabari Henry – “Big Poppa” by Notorious B.I.G.

Ah, a 90′s rap classic. Gotta love Biggie. This came out when MTV still played music videos and I would record my favorites on a VHS tape. By the way, why does P. Diddy have to appear in everything he works on?

I will have to make sure I get them all for you, so more will be posted after the next home game. For now, relax and enjoy these two tunes.
