FIU Visits the Seminoles

The FIU Baseball team did not fare very well against the Rice Owls, but no worries. It’s just the beginning of the season. Time to move on and worry about our next series, which is against #8, the FSU Seminoles. The Panthers will visit the Seminoles on Friday for a three game series.

After the FSU series, the baseball team finally comes home for their opening series against Brown on March 2nd.

First game is slated to begin at 7:00 PM.

What Marlins players do you want to see?

Now, March 7th, is right around the corner. That is when your Panthers will take on the Miami Marlins for an exhibition game. I know you got your tickets for that, right?

I am anxiously awaiting that night. I have been thinking about what Marlins players I would like to see. My list goes like this:

1. Logan Morrison

2. Mike Stanton

3. Hanley Ramirez

4. Jose Reyes

5. Emilio Bonifacio

Now, remember that the Fish are playing a spring training game that day. So it looks like this will be a situation for a split squad. I am hoping that the Marlins are going to let fans see these amazing players to get people to want to see more.
