The New York Jets will take on the Atlanta Falcons in Monday Night Football action on ESPN.
Also, Judy Battista of NFL.com, writes this lovely opinion piece about the Jets and Mark Sanchez ‘marriage’ ending at precisely the right time. It’s a bit condescending. But still an interesting perspective to consider.
In the Denver Broncos 51-48 win over the Dallas Cowboys, Peyton Manning did something completely Un-Peyton like. Y’all! Watch this …
Yes! That is him jogging in for a touchdown!
He threw for 414 yards and four touchdowns. He also threw an interception. And the above touchdown! While this was all impressive, he wasn’t the most impressive quarterback on the field! Tony Romo threw for 506 yards and five touchdowns. But, the lone interception he threw cost the Cowboys the game. The interception came as the game was tied at 48. The interception was thrown and the Broncos were able to get kicker Matt Prater within field goal distance to win the game.
