My  mother.

I love and adore her like every good daughter should. She’s the reason why I’m not afraid to speak my mind, no matter how it makes people feel about me. If it wasn’t for my mother the sometimes abrasive personality  I wouldn’t want to change even if I could would have never developed.

Sadly, my interest in and love of sports never came from her. To her credit, she tries, she really does. But she just…. doesn’t get it.

Things weren’t so bad until just recently though.  What happened?
