Kyle Palmieri took time to write a blog entry for Ducks fans a couple days ago. I’ll summarize what he had to say but you can find the blog in it’s entirety here. 

Kyle arrived in Norfolk, VA the Saturday before training camp began. He made note that the people in Virginia love their hockey and their Admirals, he hopes the team is able to provide them with great results. Norfolk is different from Syracuse which was the Ducks’ AHL affiliate last season, and all the boys are going hard trying to impress their coaches while getting up to speed.

He’s been staying in a local hotel and will be apartment hunting soon. Kyle wants to be near all the other guys in terms of apartment location because they all like to stick together. He believes that the Admirals are going to be a great team this year & says the fans are really excited for the season to begin. The home opener is on Friday, October 12th.
