We all have bad hair days. Most of us are lucky that these moments of follicle folly aren’t immortalized for the world to see. The players featured in this week’s HDHC aren’t so lucky.

Yup, that’s Ron Hextall and his thinning hair on a jersey card.

A few thoughts come to mind with this one. A) Mats Sundin has hair? B) Mats Sundin has bad early 90s hair? Clearly Zach Morris was a style icon in Sweden.

Ah, Ron Duguay. He’s possibly remembered more for his mop of hair during his playing time. Oh, and the novelty song “Hockey Sock Rock”. And marrying Kim Alexis.

One wonders how Henry Boucha would have dealt with putting on a helmet. There needs to be more sweatbands in hockey. Sweet Colorado Rockies logo on there though.
