-Cheifs head coach Andy Reid was facing his former team. The crowd in Philadelphia gave him a standing ovation as he took the field.
-The Chiefs defense sacked Eagles’ quarterback Michael Vick six times and forced five turnovers.
-The Eagles did manage two touchdowns and a field goal but those are the only bright spots on their performance last night.
-The Cheifs are the sixth team since 1970 to start a season 3-0 after winning two or less wins the previous season.
Dallas Cowboy’s Dez Bryant’s back tightened up towards the end of the game last Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. He was back in uniform on Thursday but did not practice. It was reported that it is still stiff and that his recovery will be “slow and deliberate.”
Detroit Lion’s Reggie Bush has been out with a knee injury but is optimistic he can return this week to play against the Redskins.
Denver Broncos cornerback Champ Bailey, who was out with a foot injury, returned to practice in full pads for the first time this season.
Arizona Cardinals Larry Fitzgerald and Rashad Mendenhall both missed Thursday practice. Fitzgerald is expected to play this week.

On this episode, we see our 54 rookie candidates compete with the 32 returning veterans for a spot in training camp. Each candidate performed an individual dance to impress the judges. To get some practice and advice, some rookies were sent to Kitty Carter’s dance studio.
After the girls performed their solos, rookies and veterans were mixed into groups and sent to the field to be judged via the monstrous screen at Dallas Cowboys stadium. The judges have mixed feelings about which veterans and rookies look the best on the screen and should move on to training camp.
At the end of the episode, DCC director Kelli McGonagill Finglass announces the rookie candidate that received the fan voted spot into training camp along with the rest of the finalists.
