I Love To Laugh At The Marlins

The more you laugh
The more you fill with glee
And the more the glee
The more we’re a merrier we!

- “I Love to Laugh” from Mary Poppins

Remember that scene in Mary Poppins when they laugh and they have a tea party with Uncle Albert up on the ceiling? I love to laugh at the Marlins sometimes. No, I am not going to laugh at our June woes (so far).

Mike Stanton Strains Right Quad

Mike Stanton is day to day after he strained his right quadricep at Sunday’s game against the University of Miami. Mike hit a homer during the first inning, but got hurt while going after a ground ball. The Marlins aren’t yet  predicting how long before Mike takes the field again. The Marlins lost 9-8 to the University of Miami. Brett Hayes got a two run triple. However, the Hurricanes hit a grand slam in the sixth inning. The Marlins were once up 7-1.
