This has been a frustrating month for the Marlins. Yes, Josh Johnson pitched an amazing game today against the Toronto Blue Jays.
JJ only gave up 2 hits and allowed 1 to score. He also struck out 7 batters.
However, the guys forgot how to hit again. They left 5 guys on base.
If it wasn’t for Omar Infante’s double in the 7th inning, Justin Ruggiano would have never scored and we would have been shut out.
Let’s not even mention the masterminds in the bullpen who ruined our chances of catching up by giving up hits left and right, plus a grand salami, and sealing the win for the Blue Jays 7-1.
This is how Marlins fans are spending their time at the ballpark when there is nothing to cheer for.
It’s kind of tough to make some noise when your team continues to lay eggs like this.
