- The Kansas City Star has posted its chat with Danny Duffy, with questions from the fans. He is probably the best Royal to follow on Twitter. They are now taking questions for Billy Butler (send them via Twitter to @nicolepoell or email them to npoell@kcstar.com).
- Eris Hosmer will most likely see time in the outfield this spring with the Royals set to play Interleague games early in April on the road (against Philadelphia and Atlanta). He is also looking to KISS when it comes to his hitting.
- Outfielder Lorenzo Cain has one goal for his 2013 season: stay healthy.
- On Monday, the Royals top four starters, James Shields, Jeremy Guthrie, Ervin Santana, and Wade Davis threw live batting practice on the main practice field.
