KC Royals infielder Chris Getz is teaming up with Detroit Red Wings star Darren McCarty to raise money for Most Holy Trinity School in Detroit.
The two will be hosting an auction dubbed “Championship Day” on Sunday, January 20th at Nemo’s Bar and Grill from 3-6pm ET. The admission price is $25, which gets you into the drawing for the 46″ television.
Some of the great sports memorabilia up for auction include:
- an autographed baseball from reigning American League MVP and Triple Crown winner Miguel Cabrera
- Detroit Pistons tickets
- Red Wings memorabilia
