Broncos Mailbag: Does Peyton Manning still have the NFL tools? – Hi Mike, love your stuff. Quick one: What is the real deal on Manning’s arm strength? I find journalists are fudging this a bit. I don’t buy this idea of Manning at 80 percent being better than most other QBs at 100 percent. Anyway, my point is, if Manning can no longer drive the football, and if his arm strength is genuinely diminished, he will fall back into the pack (especially given he is adjusting to a new offence). Thoughts? And is the consensus that his FULL arm strength will return or has already? – Jake, London. Read more from the Denver Post >>>>
Broncos Aim for 3D Offense - The Broncos now have an 11-time Pro Bowler at the quarterback position. But don’t expect to see a pass-dependant offense just because No. 18 is at the helm. “(The running game) is still going to be a top priority,” quarterback Peyton Manning said. “I think (Offensive Coordinator Mike) McCoy has addressed the team, and he’s really preaching balance, and trying to be three-dimensional — where on any down and distance, you can drop back, you can hand the ball off or you can run play-action. If the defense can be thinking about all three of those things, hopefully that gives the offense an advantage.” Read more from Denver Broncos >>>>>

Manning helps teammates’ fantasy stock in ’12 - Denver’s acquisition of quarterback Peyton Manning earlier in the offseason will affect much more than the win and loss column next to the Broncos’ 2012 season schedule. It will also affect all of us at home sitting on our buns watching games while following our respective fantasy football teams on Sunday afternoons this fall. Read more from Bronco Talk >>>>
Rod Smith: my favorite Bronco - The Denver Broncos are a storied franchise, one of the more consistently successful teams year in and year out in the history of the league. The team has 17 playoff appearances, six Super Bowl appearances, and two league championship trophies. As such, there have been a number of gentlemen to walk out onto the gridiron in this thin air and inspire wonder in the youth of America, going back several generations. Most people have their favorite players: The great John Elway, the all-timer and inarguably Greatest Bronco Ever, tends to top most people’s lists, judging by the number of No. 7 jerseys both in the stadium and the culture at large. Denver Broncos Training Camp: 3 Veterans Most Likely to Be Cut in 2012 - The Denver Broncos offseason is in full swing. As is the annual ritual on NFL football teams’ rosters, the team swells to around 90 players. The active roster is cut to 53 when the season starts. That means that almost half the team that works out in early spring will likely be on the couch or another team by the end of the arduous training camp. Read more from Bleacher Report >>>>
Denver Broncos Training Camp: Defensive Tackle to Be Biggest Position Battle - One of the biggest areas that the Denver Broncos struggled with on defense last season has become one of the most hotly contested positional battles during the 2012 offseason: defensive tackle. Early on in 2011, the Broncos lost key players for the season after watching newly acquired beast Ty Warren go down early last season with a triceps tear. Then, KevinVickerson suffered a season-ending ankle injury. Both have agreed to take paycuts and appear to be healthy for the 2012 season. Read more from Bleacher Report >>>>
