Sunday Talk: Why Did Brother Peyton Choose Denver? - Future Hall-of-Famer Peyton Manning is returning from a year off rehabbing from neck surgery. The decision by the Indianapolis Colts to part ways with him in favor of No.1 pick Andrew Luck set off a chain reaction across the league. Teams came out of their skins to find a way to sign him.  The team that won out was the Denver Broncos, currently presided over by none other than John Elway, one of the game’s greatest QBs. Elway swayed Peyton to shun such warm weather and indoor destinations (such as Miami and Arizona) for the mile-high life. Franchise Development 10 Of 32: The Denver Broncos - The team had a horrible run under Josh McDaniels, who gutted the team of their best talent, namely QB Jay Cutler and WR Brandon Marshall, because of his own ego problems. Mercifully, the organization fired him, put John Elway as President, and hired ex-Panthers coach John Fox.  I’ve always felt Fox was one of the better NFL coaches. He’s very good at being flexible and playing to his team’s strengths. He also has former Jaguars Head Coach Jack del Rio as his Defensive Coordinator. Del Rio’s teams always played very solid defense, so he’s a great asset to have.  Read more from Cat Crave >>>>

EA doesn’t think Broncos’ defenders can tackle -In just over a month, EA Sports will release their 2012 version of their Madden NFL video game.  The game will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Vita and Wii.  Leading up to Madden 13′s August 24th release, EA Sports has been releasing game-play screenshots in an attempt to hype up the game.  By our unofficial count, among the 13 game-play images EA has released since early June, 3.6% of them have featured a Denver Broncos defender missing a tackle.  Read more from Bronco Talk >>>>
