Denver Dailies: Broncos Roundup (Monday Edition)

Perhaps I should rename this post Denver Dailies: Broncos Roundup VICTORY Edition.

A 2-0 record would be ideal at this point, but isn’t 1-1 better than…say…0-2?

Why of course it is.  The only thing that could possibly make this Monday better is a day off from work, because, maybe it’s just me, but weekends go by much faster now that football is back.

Time for headlines…and lamenting the weekend is already over… *Sigh*

The Denver Post: Fellow rookie TE Julius Jones gets much of the attention, but Virgil Green is finding his role with the Broncos.

The Denver Post: Mark Kiszla answers reader questions, including one about Broncos RB Jeremiah Johnson’s role with the team.

Our Colorado News: In case you missed Friday’s update on Perrish Cox’s latest court appearance, here you go.

CultureMap Houston: Broncos fans should be ashamed of their Tim Tebow affection.  Their words. Not mine.

Greeley Tribune: A former Broncos running back is speaking at an upcoming convention.
