When it comes to the world’s most valuable sports teams, the NFL dominates.
In fact, all 32 franchises placed in Forbes list, released Monday. A dozen NFL teams, including the Denver Broncos, placed in the top 20.
Valued at $1.05 billion, the Broncos are the 20th most valuable sports team in the world. That’s actually down five spots from last year, though the Broncos’ worth is unchanged.
You’ll have to head across the Atlantic Ocean to find the world’s valuable team. According to Forbes, Manchester United is the only team worth more than $2 billion, coming in at $2.33 billion.
The $1.85 billion Dallas Cowboys are the NFL’s top team, tying the New York Yankees at No. 3. The Washington Redskins (No. 5), New England Patriots (No. 6), and New York Giants (No. 9) are the other NFL teams in the top ten.
