As you should know by now, the Rays won 3-1 over the Mariners last night as Matt Joyce helped Matt Moore pick up his first victory of the season.

So, I have to keep my silly superstition about writing during Tampa Bay’s games going.

And thankfully, we got some good news in the wake of the bad news regarding Evan Longoria’s injury and Tim Beckham’s suspension: Kyle Farnsworth was pain-free after his first throwing exercise!

The Rays and Mariners are tied at 4 a piece in the sixth. May my superstition live on.

Update: Less than a moment after I clicked “Publish”, Luke Scott homered to put the Rays up 5-4. YESSSSS.
