Poor Hellboy was not feeling well yesterday when he started against the Angels.

Hellickson’s teammate David Price tweeted this after the Rays won 2-0:

Ick.

Hellickson, the 2011 Rookie of the Year, said:

“First inning, I actually threw up on the mound,” said Hellickson, who noted that he threw up “five or six times” on the day. “Then I threw up in the dugout a couple of times. … Got a little light-headed later in the game.”

Zach Greinke, who was acquired by the Angels earlier this week, took the loss in his debut with LA.
