Well, since I’ve been and will be traveling ‘home’ back and forth across the country, back to Reds/Indians country, there’s not a lot of time to post insightful analysis of signing Emmanuel Burris to a minor league deal.

Instead, I present this photographic response to Mitch Albom’s (admittedly somewhat old) article in the Detroit Free Press decrying statistical analysis on the occasion of Miguel Cabrera’s winning the AL MVP Award:
