- The first time I remember being a Duke fan was back in the early 1990's when Christian Laettner, Grant Hill, and Bobby Hurley were ruling the basketball court. 20 years later, I'm still a fan and writing about them. I have also followed the Royals pretty much after my first minor league game in Wilmington. Someday, hopefully in the near future, the Royals will reach the postseason.
