Martin Perez, making his 1st major league start, looked very sexy-like on the mound tonight against the Oakland A’s. Although Perez had a rough outing in his debut earlier this week, he was solid gold in his 1st start as the starting pitcher and picked up the win. The Rangers beat the lowly A’s 7 to 2. I’ll take that.
Me, on the other hand, had a guys night out and it was fairly fair. Not too much to write about, unless you want to consider the frantic calls to an escort service at the end of the night. But whatever, it was basically beers and a night cap of whiskey. What was that all about? I don’t know…moving on…
Anyway, as far as the offense was concerned, the Rangers were led be Adrian Beltre, Ian Kinsler, and Josh Hamilton.
And to conclude, that’s about all I can write at 2:03 am because the keyboard letters are very blurry…hopefully there are no typo’s.
T’s Observations / Game Notes;
- The Rangers have won 5 straight. Boom.
- The Rangers are the 1st team in the majors to win 50 games.
