Screw Lions, Tigers and Bears! We’ve got Football, Basketball and MN Government shutdowns…oh my!

My local Minnesota news is full of three things (well, four if you count the weather):

1, The football lockout and how that affects the new Vikings stadium proposal.

2. The basketball lockout and how the Timberwolves finally invested in some players and this could be our year (yeah right).

3. The Minnesota government shut down means that there will be no camping in state parks this holiday weekend or purchasing of fishing license…or buying lottery tickets or going to the Minnesota zoo. I like to add that it also impacts layoffs and paychecks and assistance and many other issues.
