Colts Dump All The Players
… Well a lot of them anyway!
But, according to Indianapolis Colts GM Ryan Grigson, “It is what it is. You know how this business is. It’s tough.”
Tough? Getting rid of TE Dallas Clark, RB Joseph Addai, LB Gary Brackett, Safety Melvin Bullitt and backup QB Curtis Painter? Some of those names make me shrug, some make me say WHAT!
It seems there are ways of rebuilding where “circumstances” don’t permit the seemingly total dismantling of an organization.
Yes, the team stunk last season. None of these players had the best of seasons… last season. To cut them and allow some popular players … who bring fans to the stadium, who attract the networks to show them on television … well, it’s just unbelievable.
It makes you wonder what else is going on with the Indianapolis Colts.
What do you think about these cuts? Too much? Time to move on? Perfect move for the future? Help me out here Colts fans! Comment!
