Once again, we only have one item out there for this edition of NFL Shopping Fun. This is an item I feel deserves a post of its own. This tip once again comes from the always fun and fantastic Kristine Reese of the Aerys Jets site, the Green Room.

She tipped me off about a site that was selling New York Jets zubaz pants. Yes people, Zubaz! Did you think they would ever go out of style? I’m here to say, you’re sadly mistaken.

Chances are, you can do some searching for Zubaz pants and you’ll find them just about anywhere and everywhere. They’re all priced at $30, so it’s not like you’ll find a special deal, nor should you go searching for one.

You can even find Zubaz pants on the website of a former Miami Dolphins quarterback. If you want to learn about the Dolphins connection to Zubaz, please watch this video. This music video should be investigated by the league office.

It should be noted, you won’t find a NFL logo on the pants. Chances are, you will be able to find a pair of Zubaz with your NFL team colors. So don’t worry, it’s not like one team has it better than anyone else.

Maybe some of you accidentally purchased a pair of Zubaz on a website because you felt a need to drink a lot. Some of you might wonder what the social guidelines are for wearing Zubaz. The truth is, you should never wear them in public. Unless of course, you’re the type that likes to let people know that you’re an idiot and you shouldn’t be allowed to operate heavy machinery.

The fact is, you shouldn’t be wearing these as you go to the grocery store. Checkers will look at you weird and old ladies will hit you in the head with a large loaf of Italian bread. I’m not a fashionable individual, but even I know not to wear Zubaz.

More than anything else, they’re workout pants. You can wear them to the gym. I guess they’re great for weightlifting or something. Wearing ridiculous looking pants is a great way to get people to pay attention to your squat. Do some burpees and maybe you’ll score a date (or not).
