Welcome back to another edition of NFL Shopping Fun. So far, I’ve shown you items you can find on NFL Shop Zone or on eBay. However, there are plenty of other sporting goods shops, both online and off, where you can get some ridiculous NFL apparel.

This example came to me from the one and only Kristine Reese from the Aerys NFL site the Green Room. She happened to be perusing the Sky Mall magazine when she came across this little thing called a Forest Face.

She of course alerted me to this (and thank you a million times over, Kristine). Now after some quick investigative work, I was able to find a site that sells Forest Faces. They’re located at Ultimate Sports Decor.

How it works is simple, you stick all the pieces on a tree. They have durable hooks, according to the site, so you can get them in the tree that way. This “Face” comes with two eyes, a nose, a mouth and a team hat. This is officially licensed NFL apparel with the official team colors.

Not only do they have NFL ones, but they also have NCAA and MLB Forest Faces.

Now all the NFL ones have the same stupid look on their face, so there isn’t one that is better than the other. But take a look at the Vikings one that is posted above. Look at it closely and tell me it isn’t the dumbest thing you’ve ever seen. You can’t! It’s just that dumb! I’m not saying that to single out the Vikings either, although I could if I really wanted to. It’s just…I don’t know!

Given that I live in an apartment, I could never buy something like that. So it immediately rules out all the apartment/condo NFL fans.

It’s one thing if you want to put an NFL licensed bird feeder on your tree. It works well with the tree and it also keeps your idiot friends from questioning your fandom. But this thing, it’s…well it’s creepy! Who buys this stuff? Honestly!

The retail price on the site is $29.99, however Ultimate Sports Decor will sell it to you for $22.99. In conclusion, if you want to freak out your neighbors and be the idiot on the block, go ahead and buy this. And yes I ended this feature like it was a paper. What are you going to do about it?
