Indianapolis Colt rookie T.Y. Hilton scored on a 75-yard punt return and had an eight yard TD reception Sunday as the Colts defeated the Bills, 20-13.
According to Colts beat writer Mike Chappell, Hilton’s punt return TD was the first by a Colt since TJ Rushing’s 90-yarder at Oakland in 2007.
Andrew Luck was 20 of 37 passing for 240 yards. He also kept the ball six times for 20 yards.
Also, two of the Indianapolis Colts cheerleaders shaved their heads during Sunday’s game in solidarity with Colts head coach Chuck Pagano who is battling leukemia. Pagano was in owner Jim Irsay’s suite during the ceremony and was visibly touched by the actions of the cheerleaders.
Next up for the Colts, 7-4, are the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
