Cardinals Caravan: Jonesboro Edition

Rick Horton receives the key to the City of Jonesboro with Cal Eldred looking on.

A city in Northeast Arkansas loves their St. Louis Cardinals.

Want to know how I know?

The city of Jonesboro was so happy to have the Cardinals Caravan come to the Mall at Turtle Creek, they gave the group a key to the city and proclaimed Monday as St. Louis Cardinals Day. Spring Training is not that far away. The Cardinals have Carlos Beltran. He will be a great addition to the team. Adam Wainwright is coming back. Adam is throwing in Florida. He will be ready to go and maybe he will finally get that Cy Young Award we want him to have so badly. He will be great to have back.

We also have a new manager, Mike Matheny. I can tell you that he is a tremendous leader. He is a guy you will get to know more and love. He is an outstanding leader of men.
