Hawks guard Joe Johnson returned to Arkansas for the Razorbacks’ exhibition opener. It was the debut for new coach Mike Anderson who has made significant efforts to get former players and former coaches more involved with the program.

Johnson played with the Razorbacks from 1999 to 2001, averaging 15 points-per-game and just over 30 minutes-per game.
