Well, I’m really not sure what to say about Rosario. He’s back with the Brewers now, so he’s no longer one of the top prospects in the Orioles organization. He was a Rule 5 pick, and he didn’t survive Spring Training, so…yeah.
He was part of a combined no-hitter once, I guess. And he’s going to be in AAA Nashville. So…um, there’s really not much to say here. He has a low-90s fastball and a nice changeup, but that’s about all he’s got going for him at the moment. He needs to work on developing a solid breaking ball in order to survive at the Major League level, which is probably why he was cut in the first place and sent back to Milwaukee.
Our Brewers site hasn’t launched yet, so I can’t link you to it just yet. However, if you want to know what’s going on with Rosario, as soon as it launches I’ll let you know.
